A pesar de que el suceso ocurrió en la madrugada del 27 de Mayo y las investigaciones sobre el caso estan en proceso de reveler la causa. Y así continuaron más mensajes, se publicaron fotografías del Capitán y el CEO de la compañía interactuando conlos húespedes con los húespedes , inspeccionando el area dañada y el arribo de los cruceristas a tierra firme sanos.
